These are the things that we will NOT do at A-Game:
Give you therapy (we’re not therapists)
Give you positive affirmations to do (tricking your brain is not a long term solution)
Hook you into a long term programme (you don’t need it)
Create fixes with short term emotional shifts (like all chemicals, the effects of brain chemicals wear off)
What we WILL do is give you the fix that you can take away and apply to all your future situations. We put you in control.
At A-Game, we don’t work on your beliefs, your behaviors, your emotions. Yes, these affect your experience and your results, but they’re not root cause. They’re by-products of who you are and the life you’ve lived.
At A-Game, we work with identity. We don’t just want to help you do one thing differently. We want to help you to become the person who … (and whatever goes in here is entirely your choice). You bring us the challenge. We’ll help you to solve it.

Everything we do is based on scientific research from multiple fields of psychology. It’s not recycled self-help
· It’s fast
We aim for you to see significant results in no more than 3 – 4 sessions. You can have more if you want more – but our system is designed to get to the heart of the problem quickly
· It’s long-term
Many programs are based on creating change by causing an emotional response that fires up chemicals in your brain. They feel good, but they don’t last. This system lasts.
· It’s not painful
Unlike therapy, we’re not going to make you dwell on and relive past trauma. While past experience is a part of who we are now, it’s not necessary to relive it as part of this program.
· It works
We’re confident in what we do. If at any time you decide to drop out of the program, there’s no commitment and we will refund the price of your last session. But we don’t think you’ll drop out.
